I recently traveled the Rio Grande river from El Paso to the Gulf of Mexico and witnessed firsthand how effective humans are at controlling watersheds. Hundreds of miles of the Rio Grande doesn’t even flow on drier years. We need to do better. I say Hell Ya on getting more W&S designations because water in rivers is a win-win situation for everyone involved.
